MPS has both written and oral simulation processes specifically designed to assess the skills and abilities needed for success in a variety of positions, including blue collar and clerical team members, customer service personnel or positions that require effective customer service, and supervisory/management jobs.

• Accomplishments Survey Interview: Any professional, supervisory, or management position.
• General Management In-Basket: Any management position
• General Management In-Basket Short Form: Primarily entry-level management positions (but may be used for higher levels)
• Managerial Skills Assessment Test (MSAT): Undergraduate business school or M.B.A. students
• Supervisory Simulator: Any first-level supervisor
• Team Leader Simulator: Any team leader
• Work Team Simulator: Any blue-collar or clerical team member
• Customer Service Simulator: Customer Service Representative or other public contact job up through first-level supervisor
• Management Report: Administrative Assistant; Professional; Manager
• Leaderless Group Discussion: Team Leader; Supervisor; Manager
• Employee Performance Counseling: Team Leader; Supervisor; Manager
